Shahar Levy

Taijiquan and Qigong

Guided by a lifelong fascination with Taijiquan and Qigong—and their profound benefits for both body and mind—Shahar moved to China in 2005. Over the next two decades, he immersed himself in study and practice, earning a degree in Physical Education and Chinese Martial Arts from the Shanghai University of Sport, while also teaching in Shanghai and competing in tournaments throughout the country.

Soon after his arrival, Shahar met Master Xie Yelei—a Chen-style Taijiquan master, head coach for Taijiquan and Pushing Hands at the Shanghai University of Sport, and a highly respected figure in the Chinese martial arts community. After years of dedicated mentorship, Shahar was named Master Xie’s successor and formally recognized as a fourth-generation inheritor of the Hong lineage of Chen-style Taijiquan.

Caroline Wang

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Caroline’s journey into wellness began in conventional medicine, working in hospitals and advanced research laboratories. She devoted herself to clinical practice and pharmaceutical research, holding deep respect for the power of modern science. Over time, however, she also came to recognize its limits—particularly in addressing chronic illness, fatigue, anxiety, and emotional well-being.

This realization led Caroline to explore the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)—a tradition that had long been part of her life but never fully embraced. Guided by esteemed teachers across China, she immersed herself in a philosophy of healing that seeks not only to address disease but also to cultivate balance and vital energy from within. At its core, this practice is rooted in nurturing life and holistic wellness, rather than simply managing symptoms.

Today, Caroline shares practical, TCM-inspired lifestyle practices—simple, seasonal, and effective methods that support reconnection with the body, the breath, and the natural rhythms of life.
